Gumball 3000 Hits SF August 8th/9th!

Make no plans for August 9th! Get down to Nob Hill in San Francisco and watch the Gumball rally set off on what is guaranteed to be it's most exciting adventure yet.

The day starts at 10am (US time), there will be 120 super luxury custom and concept cars on display along with celebrities including David Hasslehoff, Travis Barker and Cheeta, the world's oldest non-human primate!

There will also be Puma and Gumball Apparel merchandise stalls and a huge LCD screen so that you don't miss any of the entertainment.

The start flag will drop at 1pm and all the Gumballers will make their way through the 50 foot starting towers and begin their 6000 mile tour across the globe.

Admission is free, so come down and catch a rare glimpse of some of the worlds most expensive and exclusive cars all together in one spectacular setting.

The 2008 10th Anniversary Gumball 3000 Rally will take place in August. Cars with neutralized carbon emissions are preferred and proof will be required. The entry fee is $120,000. The start line will be San Francisco, proceed through checkpoints in San Diego, Las Vegas, flight to Nanjing (Drivers stopping over in Pyongyang), Shanghai, and finally finishing in Beijing during the 2008 Olympic Games. Celebrities officially confirmed this year include:
