Is the picture already on a publicly-accessible website, or do you only have it on your hard drive?

You'll need to either (a) sign up with one of those website services where you can post photos, or (b) e-mail it to someone who can post it for you.

The good news is, I bet Chris will be happy to help post it for you - especially since he's in your neck of the woods. Chris?
