Identical Diecast for owners?

Saw an ad for a diecast that says every owner gets a diecast identical to the car the owner ordered?

Yep, it is a TSM (I believe) 1/18 of the exact spec of the delivered car. Just one of the cool things Gen 2 owners receive.

It was the first time I've seen it offered for sale on ebay.
Is that for custom customer orders only or do the dealer spec cars get one also? Never seen it offered for buying one.
