Identify these mystery wheels?

Does anyone know the manufacturer? My eyes have gone wrong from fruitless hours of image search.

- available as 18" and 19"
- ball seat lug
- two piece construction ( barrel and center )
- ridge on the hub suggests a center cap over the lugs?
- VIA and JWL regulatory stamps for JDM market - but I can't find any foundry mark

what car did they come from?
 
From my 94 - probably a little too much wheel for the stock engine/suspension.

But the spoke count differs, profile of each spoke is more gentle and fastener count at the barrel is different. I've hunted for every picture of Racing Reart wheels i could find.
 
I'm no expert,but if there are no markings then the wheel may be a chinese ripoff of a brand wheel,it kinda looks like a blitz style wheel,which if real would have a enkie barrel.
