just got my rear fender pull

^^What they said, Ive pulled fenders before, and that looks a bit ghetto. Hope you're gonna repaint it. Looks cracked where you stopped and paint chipped all along?

Don't know what you were thinking there dude. Why would experiment like that on the NSX?

Colour is OK...everyone is different, my biggest issue is they look way too big for the car.

Previous wheel owner's thread and build:

And his car with a pull on OEM panels as well:

Not a fan of the sunroof but that's beyond your control if it's already there.

If it were me I would re-skin the roof, do some fender/quarter panel body work and strengthening and some fresh paint (since the car seems it needs it) and I think it'll look great as the previous wheel owner did to his.

Looks like a good start, tough crowd here. No matter what, both the quarter panels and fenders can be easily unbolted from our cars and replaced very easily if need be.

The pull looks good just need some body work on it and a respray of paint. I'm also into the fitment scene and I was planning on doing a pull on the fenders and a full paint job after, when the right wheels comes up for sale. I thought aluminum fenders were easier to pull since they were softer then the metal used in today's cars?

They are...aluminum is very pliant. I've pulled over 25 mm. easily on the rear quarter..
BTW....most of you need to chill. If he's happy with his pull, be happy for the guy. It's his NSX. I'm sure he's got enough common sense to know that his paint is chipping.

Not always true. Yes "easier" to pull, but much harder to work with and do correctly. It gets easily distorted and extremely hard to work with and do right. Exactly the same reason why on any aluminum panels (NSX mainly) the insurance company will pay to replace ALL panels for any damage small or big, because repairs are very difficult and almost always come back later on down the road.

Gives it the "hot wheels toy" look, which some folks find more exotic

I can see the blue wheels working -on a different body color

On another note, the prior owner could have bought a targa
