Kenwood DDX-719 vs Pioneer AVH-P8400BH

I don't need Nav so Im looking in between these headunits... what do you guys think?

I have the Kenwood DDX616 in my dd, and it has a ton of lag time. Ive had a lot of Kenwood head units over the years, but Im not a fan of this one at all. Im going Pioneer on my next one.

Thanks for the quick review... Yes I always find Pioneers interface is better but hardware itself seems like Kenwood is slightly ahead.

reverse tilt
a much cleaner button design than the Pioneer AVH-P8400BH
iPhone Garmin App support

Cons
they are known to have laggy software in the past not sure about this one
somehow Kenwood do not use digital out for the iPhone / iPod USB connection, they have a seperate AUX in for iPhone... may affect SQ

Pros
A much better software
slightly bigger screen? 6.95" vs 7.0"
AppRadio

Cons
I really do not like their new button design this year

Best Buy had the Pioneer AVIC X930BT on sale for $599... Smokin deal if you ask me. Just got back on the site and its not on sale now... Bastards! I was gonna get one for that price.

I put one in my truck. I personally love it. I think you'll enjoy it.
