I had some issues finding the source company of the trademark logo. Image search has a hard time with these, so here you go...I got a lot of cuneiform and druid runes when searching.
Sumitomo is a cross-hatch hashtag diamond that has gone back to the 1800's with the samurai. The style used for Sumitomo SEWS on the NSX is either a thin stick or contemporary thick lines
