Mechanic/Exhaust Shop Suggestion

Does anyone have a suggestion for a shop or mechanic to install headers/exhaust on a '91 NSX in the Portland, Oregon or Vancouver, WA area?

One question. I have noticed that there are a number of used exhaust/header parts sold through this website. In terms of the install, do these used parts usually need new gaskets or other parts that might need to be obtained separately? I am struggling as to whether I should go used, and save about 50%, or if I should go new and save a few headaches on the miscellaneous stuff that may not be included with the pre-owned parts.

If I went new, what do you think of the Cantrell Concepts Headers and Endura-Light Exaust set-up featured on the Science of Speed Website?
