I did this drive in September with my dad. While I don't own an NSX anymore, I figured some of you would like both the scenery and the automotive content!

We went down to tour a few warships and see the San Diego Naval Yards. Stopped at a few places along the way as well. And absolutely tore up the ENTIRE Pacific Coast Highway. It's incredible. 7,652 kms in 91 hours of driving.

Facebook friends have all the pics, but I'll put a few up here.

Next summer, go drive this highway. It's perfect.

RMS Queen Mary. We stayed there for a night. It was pretty damn cool.

Can't believe I didn't put this up in the initial post... We got forced off the highway in Montana because of this. My 295/35 AD08s didn't like it much.

USS Ronald Reagon (and USS Carl Vinson) were also in port as well. Nimitz-class supercarriers.

Nala, from the San Diego Zoo. I wish I had more pics of the Red Pandas, but they're pretty lazy... just ridiculously cute.

This was at Mt St Helens... apparently bees love hanging out on the railings.

The "ghost ship" at Crater Lake. Those spires are 170 feet tall.

Sunset on Santa Monica beach. The exposure makes it look like a nuke is going off...

Awesome trip, and great photos!

P.S. I love this car. It looks really good.
Hows your diff? I heard they go easily in the M coupes.

Great pictures. I've always liked the M Coupe. Kinda like the NSX in terms of rarity.

Great Pictures 95EagleAWD ! A side note to your visit to San Diego, the TBM Avenger aircraft at the Midway Museum was owned by my family (in unrestored state) until the museum bought it as it was one of the few survivor Avengers still airworthy. That bird is massive inside and outside. You could stand up inside and practically walk from nose to tail.

No kidding! The Avenger is simply huge. It's a very impressive airplane.

Your family used to own an Avenger and you are from Texas. Hmmh, are you part of the G.H.W. Bush family?

I remember the Avenger flying with the (then) Confederate Air Force out of Brownsville. It was a cool airplane.
