NJ/NYC Used Lexus wanted. Can anyone help?

Hi,
I'm in the market for a used Lexus IS300.
SPECS:
2001 w/ approx 50k ~ 60k miles. Automatic
Black/Black
Price: approx $16k

The reason why I'm posting instead of searching via Autotrader or cars.com is because some local used car dealers don't post them up. I am currently in PA working at school so I really can't find the time to travel and drive around.

Has anyone seen a blk/blk IS for under $17k for sale? I already tried Autotrader, cars.com, and ebay.
