Salvage NSX with clean title being sold in TO

The seller is being honest, but has said that a salvaged car from the US is up forsale, in TO, with a clean Ontario VIN.

Keep an eye out in the future, if a buyer wants to flip it as a clean car, they may be able to.

It doesn't actually have a clean title...it has a REBUILT title. There's no way he is actually saying that if it's unbranded, as that would be fraud. Sort of misleading in the description but the title and used car package would have the brand.

This car is being sold by First Choice Auto Salvage in Woodbridge. It was already in the trader, but it is no longer in there.

This car came from the Copart auction out in Oshawa. I was looking at it on their website, but never bid.

Ive got no problem with how they are selling it, but the claim that the title is clear does raise concerns when the next time the car is forsale, no?

The current seller seems to be very honest, but if the title is clear, someone could buy the car to flip it. For that, I believe it is worth noting the VIN.
