I haven't been over the San Rafael bridge in a couple of months. I remember a while ago they were doing some retrofitting of the bridge and they had these nasty metal plates on the bridges. If you went over them too fast they could cause serious wheel damage. Anyone know if the bridge is still in this condition?

Repost: Actually, since you guys are heading up 101 North, how about the parking lot for Home Depot and Expo off of University Avenue in East Palo Alto? That way I don't have to backtrack to Mercado, then come back up this way.

If the south bay group is okay with the last suggestion, let's meet at the AMC Mercado Theather complex parked near Starbucks around 9AM tomorrow morning. And then we'll head out to meet up with the SF group absolutely no later than 9:45AM. We should arrive at SF, Pier 30 between 10:15-10:30AM.
