Maintenance History: just done oil changes and a tune up last year

Details: I had this car for 7 years now. Bought it In CA drove it to MN it had 42k miles when I bough it and now it has 46k so I don't drive it much specially in the long winter in MN, never seen snow. I don't have prior documentation for it.. Previous owner told me he had the timing belt changed but again I don't have documents of that.. It would be time to do it again pretty soon so I just leave i to the new owner or if I don't sell it I would have it done maybe this year. It has a small dent on the driver door.. That's how car came and I didn't want to repaint door because it did not bother me. Tires are about 8 years old.

Hi,

Air conditioning works fine
The only thing it does not work is the radio since I removed the OEM antenna ( wich I have and can be put back)
Spare tire looks good.
Tires look good since they don't have that many miles. But again they are 8 years old.
