Ok everyone here are the details...


August 7th thru the 9th 2009 ( we usually go up on the 6th) The event lasts all weekend.

Saturday only admission to infield and gate access. $55.00 each person

Source 1 Automotive and NSXCA will be hosting the Car Corral for the weekend Including 30 reserved parking places,a 20x20 tent to save us from the beating sun or the pouring rain,6 60" tables with 60 chairs and also a parade lap saturday afternoon after the race!!!! $75.00 per car

Hotels REAL close to the track are pricey! If you go 20-30 minutes north it is MUCH cheaper.. And it is an easy drive down the highway to the track.. We have done this for the past couple years to save money!

Received via FedEx today from Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. $200 for weekend for two cars, two infield pkg/pit passes/res. grandstand seats/$10 in comps, marked NSX Corral.

I know times are tough. But I also know THIS to be a really good time. It is an exciting Sat/Sun full of cars, NSX friends, sights, sounds, smells, and racing! :wink:

There is no doubt that the Mid-Ohio round of the ALMS / IRL show counts among the absolute best road racing weekends on the planet :wink:
Judi and I will once again be there, as Flaggers (turn marshalls) so no NSX....but we'll try and swing by if we can muster some time off during the event.

I don't know if I am allowed to attend, but I will be there. I won't be joining you guys in the corral for obvious reasons, but I will be very active this weekend as can be seen in this thread.

I hope to be able to peak my head in and say hello to everyone, if you'll have me! I look forward to the day I can be active in the NSX community again. Until then, be looking for me to make my round on Mid Ohio with Danica in my S2000! (Here is to hoping anyways!)

If I buy the NSX corral tickets from Mid-Ohio I still have to pay the $75 correct? Just trying to clear this up since the Mid-Ohio tickets say that it gives you access to the VIP hospitality tent. Sorry if this sounds stupid.

They just contacted me and I am trying to work this into the scheduling!
