A ST LEONARDS man, 34, will appear in court charged with failing to give a breath test after being pulled over by police on Monday morning.
Chatswood Police arrested and charged the man with traffic offences on Monday morning.
Police said he was driving a 1991 red Honda NSX coupe north along the Warringah Expressway around 4.05am at ``extremely high'' speeds.
He was stopped and police said he was observed to be heavily intoxicated.
He took a road-side breath test, which allegedly proved positive, but refused to supply an appropriate sample for breath analysis after he was taken to Chatswood Police Station.
The man will appear at Hornsby Local Court on November 7.
