what olympic schedual do you use? trying to watch basketball

im trying to figure out how to watch some bball, but the schedual times im finding are times like:

12am-12pm et time/9am-9pm pt,


is there anything a little more direct? like say 10pm on channel usa or channel 8?

I'd program my TiVo to record "Olympics/Basketball" and just let it figure out the times and channels.
