check out Ye Olde Wheel Shop in Elkridge, MD.
I take my rims there and would recommend them; there may be a 1-2 week wait time though depending on their workload.

I recommend them too...but they'll charge you a pretty penny.

There's a really good wheel shop in the Dulles, VA area. I can't remember the name of them right now to save my life, but I'm sure there is only one listed. Very reputable, they do A LOT of business, they do not outsource, and they have a contract with Ferrari of Washington (so that should give you a hint to their quality).
