Which red carpet ?

Hi Guys,

I know I don't own a NSX, but I really like the red interior from the Type-R NSX.

I wanted to change my carpet and leather to match the red of a Type-R

I know NSX people have a really good eye because they own a NSX

I got some carpet samples from 2 carpet vendors. I'm thinking the Essex Neon 2947 Red or the 9936 Red, now I tried to color balance the pic as best as possible with my color balance card as you can see in the pic. The Neon red is slightly darker and richer red, where as the 9936 Red is more of a brighter orangey red. You can't see the difference much in the pic but thats what my eyes see when I compare the two.

Which one is closest to the Type-R interior ?

I hope this thread doesn't get deleted because I don't own a NSX but I think it could help someone in the future with choosing the right red carpet if they decide to do the same.

The 835 and the 8801 are the closest to Type-R red carpet.
