REQUEST: List of current/active disputes with Dali Racing

If someone (or a group) will put together a list of every dispute with Dali that has been aired on this site (via thread or iTrader rating), I will take a look. I need:

A. NSX Prime user name
B. URL to dispute thread or negative iTrader rating
C. Current status of dispute (got product, got refund, successful paypal or credit card dispute, never resolved, etc.)
D. If resolved, how long it took to resolve.

For #C and #D someone will need to follow up on old disputes with the person who posted it because not everyone comes back and posts when a dispute is resolved. I need a list where I can clearly identify disputes that are still outstanding.

One person or a group of people can work on this. You can post to coordinate work in this thread, and you can post the final list in this thread.

If you have or ever had a dispute with Dali you can help by posting #B (the URL to your dispute) and filling in #C and #D. But please note, this thread is not for re-hashing disputes - just post the items for the list.

What will I do then? I honestly have no idea. I will decide after I see the list and have a proper understanding and perspective on the situation.

To keep things fair and balanced, wouldn't it makde sense to also open a thread for people who have done with business with Dali and never had a negative experience? There should be something to compare the "nays" to.

Over a year ago, sent money for Type-R shift boot. Never came in. Waste of $90. Haven't ordered since.

haha...here's an analogy for you. How about I make Carbon Fiber parts here in Dubai and take your money order and ship squat. I don't ship your parts but I donate my time to a local charity for homeless kids. Does that still make me a good person?

OK how about when I place an order with Dali you pay for it for me? So when nothing arrives I don't feel so bad.....Have we got a deal? That way you spend the money and get shit all even if Mark does send me something....How does that sound to you?

I've just started a thread to add to the list of victims.

I don't believe people are trying to defend this guy! If you've not been bitten then good for you... but don't defend someone that's clearly stolen from fellow NSX owners countless times as you're sending out the wrong message.

If you want to continue taking the risk then good luck.

One or two bad experiences is unacceptable but this is ridiculous. I hope somethiung can be done to bring justice to all of Dali's victims; at the very least people should be warned but prosecution would be my preference.

This is not the thread for Dali supporters

This issue will never be resolved if the same old same old occures.Each Dali thread degenerates into he's good,he's bad ect.Lud is going to pay some attention to the nays,you yay guys have many other venues to speakout.And we already know he treats some people very normaly

C. Rec'd partial refund of total spent. Dali still owes me about $1300, I believe. I'll have to go through the paperwork to get the exact figure. That was back in '05.

I am well aware that there are thousands of "yays." I am looking to gain a proper understanding of the scope of "nays." If you want to discuss this further, please start another thread.

19.08.08 Total payment $398.31, Leather seat cushion outstanding cost of $275 + 3% paypal = $283

23.11.08 Total payment of $222 for Dali round red powder-coated coolant tank. Tank still outstanding for full amount (including paypal) of $222.

Hey Lud

I just wanted to clarify from RSO's post that there wasn't a specific thread related to my issue with Dali. My issue with him was for an item that cost less than $100 which he initially said was not in stock and would give me credit towards another item. When I asked for that credit, he ignored me.

For those that are thinking "wtf", I thought the same thing too. After all, I had already spent over $6k with him with no issues.

D. Mark shipped me an incomplete order, I contacted him and was told the part was out of stock. Some weeks later, online status changed to 'in stock' - I inquired as to the item, and received no response. A few weeks after that, I placed a new order, and emailed Mark to tell him to include the initial item with the other parts - this email also went without response. A few weeks after that, at the paypal deadline, I filed a dispute for the second order of 'in stock' items - Mark then refunded my payment for both items.

How long has Dali Racing been in business ?

How many transactions have occurred since Dali Racing has been in business that haven't been gone south ?

I'm not sticking for anyone here, but if your going to look into the problems with dealing with any type of business, shouldn't you also be looking into how many transactions have totally happened and completed successfully in comparison to the complaints received for a true comparison of business practices ?

Granted, no one should be ripped off, everyone should get what they pay for or get their money back, that’s cut and dry.

But there are 2 sides to every story.

Also, I will state AGAIN that this thread is simply for the purpose of compiling a list of complaints per my request in the first post. It is not a thread for re-hashing people's opinions on Dali or Mark.

Had previous dispute when I received 4 x rear brake hoses (instead of 2 x fr & 2 x rear), he told me I'd fitted them wrong (twat) then ignored all further mails....lord only knows why I tried to use him a second time....

When you pay for some thing, you can assume that the product will get delivered.

If the product is not delivered, it's call scam.

I have bought tones of stuff from MJ and every transaction was complete with ease, until my last transaction for a second NSX Zippo lighter, I called Paypal after 30 days and he issued a refund and I have never done any biz since.
