You may want to just contact Bilstein. The can be easily revalved and refurbished. If you have a stock wheels and tires, you may need to run a 5 mm spacer to prevent the lower perch from rubbing on the tire.

Do the TE37SLs even come in those sizes?

Do you know what Big Brake Kit you have and what the diameter of the rotors are? This is kind of important. The 2002+/NSX-R wheels will not need spacers if you have the Racing Brake +1 (NA2 sizes or 298mm front/300mm rear) or +2 (324mm F/330mm R) larger rotor kit, using the OEM Calipers...

For the 17x8, the +35 is the best choice you show there. A better choice, in my opinion, is a +38 to a +40. This will give you a little more clearance for driving more aggressive without rubbing. 215/40R17 size tire would work the best for this. For the rear 18x9.5 a +30 to +35 seems to be...
