I noticed that in post #3 Potenza RE-11s are not listed as a choice and Tirerack shows them as available, does anyone know why they were not listed as an option?
I also used the Eagle GS-D3s on my car until they stopped making them in the right size for the fronts and since then I've used RE11s. I loved the GS-D3 but I like the RE11 even more. The tire grips well, really well, in the dry and does great on wet roads as well.

I've got GS-D3's on my car now and use 205-45-16 on the front. The RE-11 also are available in that size. They have 245-40-17 for the rear. I'm wondering how they compare to the GS-D3's.
