finally today i went to ramon to have him check on my car. he put it on the lift and went over every section. this is what i could remember
1) a lot of clamps for hoses not put back on at all, fixed
2) valve cover not bolted on tight at all (i mean loose), saw small leak along the edge but...
yes adrian, i will definitely do that. probably going to have ramon look at the car. saw your issues and all the pics from jim, it's just unbelievably scary.
it's kind of funny that a few people who vouched for robert are very quiet now.
how time has changed in a year, i still remember the thread last year about robert's "great" work. i was told before that nsxprime can be hostile so i have kept quiet, until recently people started talking about how shady robert is so i figured i'd share my story as well. in short, robert is...
thank you very much for the details. so the spoon calipers are bigger and "thicker" just as i thought and won't clear stock wheels.
but i wouldn't just rely on the 17x7.5 +34. clearing bbk or not mostly relies on the disk type of the wheel. it has to be high disk setup (so the spokes curve...
thanks regan, just as i expected they require high disk wheels
i agree for the price (just calipers) and not able to fit under stock wheels, might as well spend a bit more on full bbk
good info, thanks! yes, i would love to know more on fitment. if it fits under stock wheels i would be very interested. stock brakes are kind of weak. is stock setup 2 piston with spring setup no the outside?
so the msrp is the price being offered?
i still want confirmation on the fitment. looking at the factory caliper vs this 4 piston (pistons on both side of rotors), i doubt it will fit under stock 02+ wheels? it's crucial as i don't want to run any spacers.
and for color, it's only available...
This thread is a little "old" but I would bump it. After watching to all the videos between V1 and V2, I really can't hear that much difference between the two and I decided to get the V1 exhaust.
Mark is again a very very accommodating person and I couldn't be happier about the whole...
This is a long overdue update. Got the spoiler from Mark a few months ago but had been way too busy to put it on. Finally did and the install was pretty straight forward. Fitment is OK, not perfect but I think is fair for the price.
Price and product aside, I want to commend on what an...
terrible choice, doesn't flow with the rest of the car at all. if the car was done with a wild sense then it's ok, but right now it's completely out of place. rick you have always had good taste in mods, but this one falls off the cliff badly.
and the whole talk on bigger wing for being...
your statement is true only if the tire is the limiting factor right? meaning if the tires are good and provide a lot of grip but the brakes can't provide as much torque, then the brakes are actually the limiting factor.
but granted, i would say in most cases bbk doesn't provide better braking...
