The center speaker did play both channels from the...

What would prevent a car from being Certified Pre-Owned

Usually CPO Cars have maintenance records the dealer can verify, so if the car was serviced somewhere other than the dealership, it would prevent it from being a CPO.

you car must have an aftermarket alarm or other system that is controlling the locks. the factory system did not lock the doors when you drove the car.

    Rear Screen Visibility

This is a common problem with the back window. I tinted the window that separates the cabin from the engine compartment for that very reason. you still get the cooling results without the risk of blistering.

Does anyone know how to achieve this tv cluster?

You could do something like that with GuageArt. Providing you have an aftermarket EMS http://www.scienceofspeed.com/products/engine_performance_products/NSX/gaugeART/video_gauge_adapter/

    Alternator whine

The first thing I would do is do a search about alternator noise in the search box. beyond that, I would start by disconnecting the ground of the head unit. Fire it up and see if the noise is gone. that is usually the start of a ground loop which causes the noise you speak of. if that...

    HOT! gaugeART Video Gauge Adapter

No, I ended up using one of the stock GuageArt Configurations, and Oki's graphic to get everything I wanted to monitor to work. I think the problem was that I don't have all the sensors on my EMS that OKI does.

    True keyless?

Yes, I did the install myself. I got the console from http://www.nsxprime.com/forum/showthread.php/173522-Carbon-Fiber-Center-Console You do have to bypass the wheel lock but, the process is pretty straight forward. and there are a couple of options.

    True keyless?

I have the Advanced Keys system in my car. http://advancedkeys.com/ It is pure keyless with a RFID card, security, and push to start button. Installation was pretty straight forward, if you are a little mechanically inclined.
