It's actually pretty simple depending upon what all you want to do. It's not the most ideal way to do flex fuel but it works. In short you use the User Defined Fuel Trim.
I use many different turbochargers on different applications on a daily basis. I prefer to use Precision Turbo and Engine turbochargers with CEA compressor wheels. The 6265 is a great turbo. Good luck.

Yes. We feel it's necessary to have a proper crankcase breather setup on any/all forced induction engines. Google around crankcase breather, crankcase evacuation, crankcase pressure. You will get a good understanding why from information readily available on the internet.

I don't know what kind of boost pressures you were running but I have had more than a few HKS units fail on customer's cars over time. Sure. 8lbs - 18lbs is fine. If I remember all of the cars they failed on were running 28+lbs
