Looking to source an NA1 1992 NSX OEM Front Bumper.
$400-$600 depending on condition and shipping to the upper east coast (Between NY/VA I can pick it up).
Sebring Silver preferred.
PM me your offers or what you got. Thanks!
Jeff,
Car's in the shop now for some paint, but as soon as I can get those control arms out I'm sending them in for a set of upper and lower front, both ends. I'll PM you. Thanks for creating this option! Looks awesome.
Hey Sean,
I'm interested in some front end parts from ya but it depends on the condition of the rubber seals... Could you send some photos of the following condition:
Front top and bottom ball joints (all 4) hub assembly
Inner tie rod end boot
Lower Control Arm Assemblies
2 Outer steering rack...
Looking to buy some after market headers, new/used.
Let me know what you got that has a good fitment for a 1992:
SOS, Fujitsubo, Taitec, GT-ONE, CT-Engineering...
PM me.
Thanks.
I'm from Hawaii and have seen maybe 3-4 on Oahu. When I lived in CA (northern) you would see them relatively frequently (3/month). Now that I'm on the east coast it is very very rare to see an NSX and not many people know what they are. There is a direct correlation to weather/road conditions...
Davidf, thanks, received some nice PMs for tips on local AC experts and have an appointment tomorrow. Will post how it goes. By whining I meant something in the AC system sounded like it was working harder than it should when I would engage the AC. The fans still blow the same as they did, but...
Air Conditioning Problems... Wish I had read the "Climate Control" wiki 2 days ago...Relatively new NSX owner, driving on the east coast, weather getting warmer, was extremely happy that AC was blowing cold although a little weak.Condensor sounded a little whiny, wasn't sure if that was normal...
Want to Buy anyone's Volk TE37 Rims on the US east coast:
Front: 17x7.5 +40mm offset
Rear: 18x9 +35mm to +40mm offset (but open to reccos)
...Or something close
Tires would be nice, but not necessary.
Preferable colors would be black with polished lip, silver, or gunmetal.
More concerned about...
thanks closetprisoner and larryb, I'll go see if I can find the correct plug and install it without having to remove the entire transmission to get to it. I was able to apply some torque on the bolt with a flex-line ratchet that bends to a 90 degree angle and just barely slips on over the head...
Larry is the MAN! lol. I kid you not, while looking for a bolt to poach to plug the hole on the transmission he walked me around the car to different nuts and bolts for mounts of less importance on the phone! "try the M8 bolts on the mounts for the front engine hood stand!" (about a mm too long...
LMFAO... "rape", didn't cross my mind, but the old guy did pat me down to check for knives and weapons. I guess not sleeping for a few days and being covered in grease, blood, and sweat doesn't really give off an inviting first impression while hitch hiking on an interstate.
Cheers All! Hope to meet some of you all in the near future. I'm near the mid to upper east coast of the US atm, but I travel the world frequently. So feel free to PM me if you'd like to meet up and eXchange stories!
On a technical note, does anyone have recommendations for/against flushing the...
Forgive me if I don't post this properly... pretty much my 1st post as an NSX owner... Here goes... thanks to Larry B. for all the help along the way!
Finally bought my very own 1992 NSX 5 speed black top. Been dreaming about this ever since I owned my first 1987 MR2 AW11 back in 2000. Best...
Thanks all. In true fashion Larry lived up to his reputation and reached out promptly.
Appreciate the help. This NSX has a lot of red flags on it. Will keep this post updated as we proceed.
Been on the outskirts of this forum for the last decade looking to seriously purchase an NA11 as I've always had AW11 (MR2s) and had many friends in CA with 1st Gen NSXs. Still no other car I'd want to purchase despite the 22 year age or newer makes/models. (I'd always be Designated Driver for...
