Billy Johnson and Moto IQ's: Project NSX

Based on a post I noticed on social media yesterday, I'm sadly suspicious that this great NSX has been damaged quite badly. I certainly hope not!

    Help identifying this plug?

It's confirmed orange/black wiring, so is for the OEM horn after all. This is the most sensible answer of all, so my sincere thanks for your help to figure this out.

    Help identifying this plug?

Aha, the plot thickens. OK, I'll keep digging. The horn has been replaced/upgraded with an aftermarket horn so this may indeed be the case.

    Help identifying this plug?

Thank you that was extremely helpful. I can see for sure that it is indeed the plug for the front ambient temperature sensor from the plug design.

    Help identifying this plug?

The horn does work, but is an aftermarket air horn style. I'll do more digging into the ambient temp sensor...so thanks a lot for that suggestion.

    Help identifying this plug?

Hello all, I'd like to ask for your collective help to identify what this plug is supposed to be for? It's located right behind the top of the front bumper cover, right where you latch the hood. Thank you for your help!

    1000HP K20 NSX Build-Street Car

I'm glad to see that I did take the time to stop by earlier (2016 I think) to mention how much I enjoyed seeing this build. Truly spectacular work! What is the current curb weight? Did you manage to get into the mid 2500 pound range? Looking forward to all future updates of course.

MotorMouth93's 1994 Berlina Black NSX Thread

My goodness this thread was such a roller coaster. We laughed, we cried, we felt panic, and ultimately we are left in a saddened state for our hero. I really hope you figure out what happened and find a great resolution. You have obviously spent so much time, effort, money, and thought on...

    Ultimate Hybrid NSX Project

This is a build that I'm sure EVERYONE wants to know the status of. Sad to see there hasn't been much to report of course, and that his website is no longer available. :(

    Down Under Trackday NSX

Truly an impressive build, and it was fun to be able to read so much of it at one time since I just stumbled upon it now. Very well done, and looking forward to seeing the turbocharged beast in all her glory!

    MexiRicer's 97 MCB

I do not give you this compliment lightly, but as someone who has been a true fan of the NSX since it's inception I'd like to tell you that you have one of the BEST LOOKING NSXs that I have ever seen. Literally 10/10...perfect score. As someone who loves OEM goodness but with proper...

Rising from the ashes - Valhalla

I just want to say that I read this thread up until this point in time in one go and it was a proper soap opera for any car enthusiast. It went from tragedy to romance to action before coming back to tragedy, but it sounds like things are well in hand to take things to the next level. I really...

Today is my 20 Year Anniversary on Prime.

Neither did I, but it's fun to be back and I've never stopped day dreaming about NSXs after all of these years. I think it's written in stone somewhere that I must have one! PS. Although I did make time to update my signature upon returning I cannot bring myself to remove my old...

    What's up with the Zanardi's?

Funny this thread turned up (yes I know it's really old). I guess all that fuss about Zanardis not being worth more than clean 91's can be put to bed safely now? :)

    Unofficial weight reduction thread

I suspect that you added at least a fair amount of weight with your CTSC, right? I agree it sounds heavy but a lot of weight loss guys won't weigh with a full tank of fuel either. So, full tank + CTSC could make a noticeable difference. Nice job getting your NSX weighed and reporting the...

    Zanardi #32 has arrived

I'm not sure they would find much to talk about seeing as you have an American, an Italian, and a Japanese car all riding along together...they might not understand one another! What a gorgeous Zanardi...congratulations are in order!
