17x9.5 +22 front "widebody owner"

I know most of the people in the forum doesnt run that wide of wheels on front. My question is will 9.5 +22 rub on the inner sidewall? I'm sure tire size has to be 235/35-30 or lower.

PS: I know people will ask "why" my reason of running 9.5 is because WORK XD9 only makes 9.5

I don't think you can mount 235 tire on a wheel this wide.

You can mount that tire on a 9.5 for sure as I have done even 225 - HOWEVER -

A 9.5 will not work, as well the tire will be too tall - most widebody setups use a 8 or 8.5"" rim and a lower offset.

You could have the rim narrowed if you really want.

Here is my setup for my widebody:

Wheels:
Volk CE28N powdercoated black
Front: 17x8.5" 40 offset +25mm spacer
Rear: 18x10.5" 28 offset +5mm spacer

Tires:
Toyo R888
Front: 235/40/17
Rear: 305/35/18

Basically it is as far as I can go before it rubs.
