im new to NSX and i have a offer to purchase some 18" rims for the front and back of my car at a decent price but i have been told that the front rims should be smaller or there can be issues.
the seller is telling me as long as the tire is smaller in the front it will be ok.

all thoughts greatly appreciated!

this topic has been discussed many times across a few very informative threads on prime.

if my memory serves me correctly your optimal popular choices are

17/18 215/40/17 + 255/35/18
18/19 215/35/18 + 265/35/18

same sized rims front and back are normally shunned upon since overall profile looks very unbalanced as the rear wheels look noticeably smaller then the fronts.

Thanks guys,
I bought some 18s today from Nsx- adv5 and I must say I was skeptical. It they look great and ride excellent. The front tires are smaller.
NSx-adv5 was VERY helpful and knowledgeable

Issues as discussed on prior threads... your TCS might freak out

This is my NSx with the 18" rims on it.
My rear tires are a bit larger than the front. We are lowering the car 1.3" so I hope it doesn't rub etc :/

If you post the specs and tires (size and brand) we can help you determine if they'll rub - before you lower it.
