Guys I am walking a tightrope here because while I don't want any potential buyers to miss out, if I wait too much longer we will start to delay our shipment. Right now it matters not, but within about a week, it will. So I am going to wrap this up soon, most likely in less than 7 days, so if you know anyone that may not regularly be on prime and may want this, let them know.
FYI, from the point I first started getting quotes, I am now $900 lower in price. It isn't going to get much better. I've worked in free lugnuts, am now trying for discounted centercaps. I've squeezed all there is to squeeze out of this, and thank you guys for helping making this happen.
Once I close this, I *CANNOT* take more orders at this price. Please don't sit and wait and then tell me you want in. The various vendors have made it clear to me this is a one-shot deal and that's it.

And what are the tire sizes? I am assuming that is an 18x10 rear with a 265?
Nsx barque, those are gunmetal, darker than the new hyper black.

Those rears are a little stretched for me. I am going to go with an 18x9 wheel and a 255 tire instead of 18x10 and a 265. It'll save me another 4 pounds of weight with the smaller tires and wheel and I just think its a more appropriate replacement. I was on the fence but now I really see it. I didn't want to have to post this, but I guess I am forced to. I started out doing this because I wanted to get a small discount on the wheels so that I and others would benefit. I thought it would be 4 of us, and that turned into 30. I thought i would put in 5 minutes of work, and that turned into like 30 hours. I asked for pricing from various vendors, trying to keep this neutral and sort of "work for the people".
At first there was a hijack attempt immediately by SOS on my thread, and despite that I told them they could submit a bid. They chose not to. Still I was going to make one last attempt to contact them before I solidified the deal, but they have decided to post another group buy on their own on the same wheel at the same time.
I find this rather distasteful and it makes me upset, and frankly makes me not want to deal with them. Here I am, not a vendor, with no personal gain to be had, over the last few weeks put in an incredible amount of my own time into organizing this here, on the S2K forums, answering like 500 emails and texts and PM's, to get everyone the lowest price. I gather everyone, and in walks SOS with their "own" group buy.
So here is the deal guys, there are two vendors that really stepped up for me. Vivid racing and wheel addicts. Vivid came through with the best pricing, they are also an authorized advan dealer, wheel addicts unfortunately is not.
I guess it's easy now to have someone randomly PM me, try to get the best price I have worked out, try to undercut it by a few dollars, and try to take people away from this group buy. I dont know what the SOS price is and don't care to spy and ask. I have tried to respect everyone, all the vendors, people LIKE SOS, by not putting my best prices out in public. If SOS has a lower price, you can thank me for it. It never would have happened had I not organized this.
SOS has ordered 20 sets. These will most likely arrive on the same container as ours. So they will probably be available at the same time.
I just contacted vivid racing and told them they get the GB. If you want to go with SOS, there is nothing more I can say about it. But vivid is a very reputable vendor and offered me the best service and pricing, consistently. I will have them post on this thread soon and take over from here. Im really tired and I've really gone beyond the call of duty on this one.
