Hello,

I always have hot air in my car.
I check the heater valve, and on COLD it's rear, and HOT it's front, so the air mix control motor are ok.
If I choose COLD, I have ambiant air + 20°c, and if I choose HOT I have +40°c
I tried in a NSX with AC OFF, and on cold the air is ~ambiant.

For your informations:
I removed Air-cond, in-car temperatur sensor, ambient temperature sensor.

I found problem and solution for CCU problem, and I think the air mix door are always open, and the air go to the heater core.

Air mix control motor move only the heater valve cable ?
Vent door control motor , control the def and hear door ?
I need to adjust DEF and HEAT Door adjustment (page 960 on 1991servman.pdf)

The mix motor moves the water valve and the mix doors. Why in the world would you remove the interior sensor and the exterior sensor, the system needs them to work correctly. Does your AC work, most people don't undestand that the NSX heats the air and then cools the air with the AC to come up with the air temp needed to control the cabin temp. Its only when you go to min or max temp do you get all heat or all cool.

You don't need to adjust anything just get the system back in working order.
