Any info/advice on this VIN JH4NA1150NT000958

Hey Guys,

I'm trying to purchase my first NSX, its been dream car of mine since the first time I saw it. I've located a "dealer" selling a 92 VINJH4NA1150NT000958 and I wanted to know if anyone here has seen this car or knows anything about it? According to the dealer the carfax shows 6 owners, and an accident on the left front fender cause by crashing into a parked car. The previous owner also had a set of 2004 headlights installed into the 92 bumper but they claimed to have removed those and installed the original headlights so it comes with both sets. Everything else from what i can see in the pictures seems like the car is stock, it has the stock wheels (chrome, not a fan) and stock exhaust so i'm not sure if the car has been modified and put back to stock or has remained in stock form. I was also able to find an old auto trader report where the car was selling for $25k.

Any help or suggestions from you guys would be appreciated, I don't wanna end up making a mistake here. I'm obviously not going to purchase the car at the asking prices since i've seen what it sold for previously.

Hmmm... those wheels look wrong somehow. Almost like it is four 15" front wheels? Also, those lights are not from a 2004 or any NSX for that matter- looks like a cheap knockoff. Roof color is wrong- it should be black for this year. Something tells me this car has a lot of skeletons in its closet. I'd pass on this one. Max I would pay not knowing anything about its history is $18k to $20k.
 
I'm not sure what's going on with all of the Odometer readings but it looks strange. See below.

Thanks guys.. its saddening but yah good looking out.. those odometer readings do seem weird and the car is definitely well travelled.

You're right. I think those headlights are from a 3000GT. lol.
 
yeah i was wondering how he got those headlights to fit like that.. dealer claims they replaced the originals but whatever i'm not even gonna waste my time and go over there. I'll keep looking. Thanks again for all the help guys!!
 
the lights are stuck to the top of the pop ups I have never seen anything so juryrigged in my life

stuck the lights ontop of the flip up covers that is true CIVIC/ACCORD owner style
