Anybody know this TL

Hi Guys,

I'm looking to pickup another TL to be used exclusively as a long distance beater. I will need it shipped to AZ. I found the following car on ebay in your neck of the woods, and I was wondering if anybody there has seen the car or knows about the dealer's reputation.

EDIT: Just found out its a private listing. If anybody wants to give it a test drive and report back to me that would be cool... I'm not holding my breath of course.
