Anyone in DFW with comptech exhaust (not looking to buy, just listen to it)

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone in the DFW area is running a comptech exhaust? I'm deciding between Pride V2 and comptech and wanted to see what a comptech set up sounds like. What would you say the differences are? Thanks!

I think Chris (DirtyHippie) has a Comptech. It has a really aggressive raspy sound when he gets on it.

Yeah, he is running top speed headers with test pipes.. It gargles a lot and has a lot of rasp but sounds pretty good.. I think the pride is a more refined sound while the comptech is a more racy sound if that makes sense.

Correct, Comptech Sport w/ Top Speed headers and 200 cell cats. Really opened up a lot with the cats. It didn't sound quite as aggressive.

I had a Comptech Gen2, it wasn't loud & aggressive enough for me, so i sold it.
Also had a Pride V1, sound was aggressive at WOT but flow was not there for me, so i fab my own custom exhaust with a lot more flow/response/action/Loud! :biggrin:
Pride V2 is just different piping diameter & according to Mark Pride, will sound higher pitch. Redna2/Eric, Single samurai/Terry, & Devin have it you may want to get with them for a listen.
