I'd love to see your set up. My car is the black one in post #7. It is an auto and the hand control is push for brake & pull for throttle.
Honda put hand controls in a RHD NSX for Clay Regazzoni an ex F1 driver. His hand control looks like the pictures at the beginning of this thread.

That one was developed in Japan and is not available in the states.
I know of a few other NSXs with hand controls but your car is the first manual I've heard of.
