I don't see anything to worry about based on just the carfax. See if someone in that area will do a PPI for you. Maybe they can find out more information on the one reported accident.
Just because the vehicle is not at a major dealership should not be an automatic sign of troubles.
I recently purchased a used vehicle at a reputable dealership for the sole reason that it was a reputable dealership based on internet reviews. So far, it has been the worse vehicle purchase mistake I have ever made. Issues could be coincidental, but I doubt it.

well, talked to the dealership and he said the bank owns it and won't let it go for under $30,000. I talked to a primer with a 91 for sale in Chesapeake, VA that I would like to take a look at in the next 2 days. Search continues!
