COMPTECH USA out of business?

I just heard from a parts person at an Acura dealer that Comptech has gone out of business as of last Friday , due to internal conflicts. Can anyone confirm this? As of a few minutes ago the comptech website was still operating. The parts person seems to be a reliable source.
