Not to sound like a broken record, but I also have to say thanks to Shad & his wife for hosting the event, tk for organizing it, Nielo for the food, Comptechs (Nate & Ryan) ... and Sactown crew - sorry if I left anyone out.

Drive, meet, people, food -- fantastico!!!

It could have been worse. I got there late and drove over 200 miles. Most of the cars were gone. My fault, damn poker game kept me up until 4am. Shad has a really neat shop and I did get to meet a few board members so all was not lost. I also finally got to see Ryan's white nsx-r converted car. It really confused me at first because I couldnt figure out if it was a new car or an old one due to the black top. Once someone told me it was Ryan's car, it all made sense.

I second that. It was a great event.

The distance driven to Driving Ambitions allowed me to stretch the legs of my NSX :biggrin: :biggrin: :biggrin: The big plus is; the Valentine One was in the NSX this time, as opposed to sitting on the dining room table for the Comptech meet a few years ago and those of you who attended that event knows what happened

as some of you know, i brought my ctsc to shad to look over before i decided whether i'd install it in this car. during this event a couple of attendees approached me and said they'd buy it if / when i decided to sell. shad's gotten back to me, says it's the most complete *used* ctsc he's ever seen (apparently, don @ hilltop did an AAA uninstall - go, don!) and is ready to go.

unfortunately, i don't recall which of you approached me, so if you're still interested, pm me and let's take it from there. i'm traveling through next tues and will have some things to catch up on when i return home, so please don't expect a response until ~ wed of next week.
