European NSX-drivers ??

Hi Guys

I've got a red/black 93 which i've owned for 5 years. I live in Berkshire.

As i'm sure you all know, trips the dealers can be a bit pricey so I find this site excellent for providing help on some of the more basic DIY which can be attempted by the mechanically challenged!!

Any UK owners (especially in the South East) know of any independent reasonably priced NSX experienced technicians?

Gary,
I don't want to change the topic of this thread, but if you have not already why not join other UK owners, at www.nsxcb.co.uk.

I seem to be one of the only UK owners on this forum.

Haven't found a independant specialist, and doubt one exists. I have done quite a bit of work on my car myself. Maybe I should become a 'specialist'?!!

Hi Guys

I've got a red/black 93 which i've owned for nearly 5 years. The car has been fantastically reliable and even after all this time it still makes me grin!!

I live in Berkshire, in the UK.

Maybe some of the UK owners can help me with any the following?

1. What's involved with using the car for track days.

2. Has anyone ever heard of a UK breaker with an NSX(es)?

3. Has anyone ever tried taking their car to a non Honda main dealer mechanic?

I've just read Kevin's reply to my previous posting (which I didn't think was accepted) so pls could anyone with info mail me direct.

Cheers
Gary

hallo to all you European NSX-brothers; call me in as another proud belgian nsx-owner (yellow-black 94 model). By the way, on a quick visit at Francorchamps on saturday afternoon I saw many of your cars, maybe next year I can put some faces on them. See you all.

Don't forget about us Nord folk. Houston Texan, representing Stavanger Norway here. Going out for a drive right after I finish this post. My be way up North, but dry, sunny, and relatively warm here today in Stavanger. Tire pressures are checked, fluids are topped off. Who cares if it the middle of winter. Today is perfect for a drive!

Anyone ever get up my way let me know. We can grab a pint of something!

Hi, everybody.
I have a 91 black/black with Remus and 16"/17" Work with 235/265 Kuhmo. The rest is original.
I live about 250 km north of the Arctic Circle which makes mine the northernmost in Norway and maybe the northernmost in the world???
Season up here is mid-April to mid-October, but made a couple of trips in November last year.
In my pre-NSX life I used to love the winter, now I am praying for early spring.....

To all the guys/girls who recently added their names.
Welcome to NSX-prime and this forum.
I'm happy there are so many owners in Europe who are so fond of their car the are spending time for it on the Internet.

Congratulations!!
I was driving through Sweden last week (in my CR-V), from Malmoe via the east coast (Simrishamn, Smaaland) to Stockholm and all the way up to Kiruna. No NSXes on the road!! Met Fredde near Gävle for a chat and was also searching for an NSX in Boden as I met one there last august. (red/black).

I'm here too. In Sunny Yorkshire. 1999 Red 3.2 manual.

Happy to see that there are still some 91-01 NSX, it becomes rare, a some are destroyed each year.

Does any one have an idea of the number of NSX overall Europe ?

Chris
