Ever use a microfiber towel to wash your car?

I just used a medium sized microfiber towel to wash my wifes MDX and it turned out great. Much easier than using a wash mitt. Any drawbacks on using a MF towel? I don't see how there would be. Thanks.

Hey Ken, I definitely remove all the tags before I use them. In fact, most of the mf towels nowadays come with tags removed.

I usually use a sea sponge - holds much more water than anything else, but occasionally I use a microfiber to wash the car. I've not experienced drawbacks.

No problems as long as they are clean (nothing embedded into the towel). I routinely use new costco ones to wash the bottom section of my cars so I don't get one of my nice mitts unnecessarily dirty.
