Failed Smog!!! Please help

I failed my smog, code is P0174 system too lean (bank 2) & P0173 Fuel Trim Malfuction ( Bank 2) . My 02 sensors were changed about 2 months ago. what should i check for? Mine is a 98.

Mechanic said i failed at 15mph test

Why don't u run 2 bottles of clean power while ur testing.

FWIW...Did you replace the O2 sensors with OEM or a "Universal" part? Went thru the same thing using the universals...scan said they are "slow to respond" ...or something like that. Had to replace with the real McCoy...problem went away.

I bought the o2 through NGk which is direct plug in.

Sure will !!! My valves are a bit lose I will have them adjusted it this week and lets see what happen..
