Whats your daily driver / winter beater?

as for me as my NSX is put away for the winter.

I have a 2002 Lexus IS300 Sportcross Wagon :)
Picked her up in September.... oddly enough took me a good 7 years to find one... but finally found her!

I have a 2500HD 4x4 if needed...

typically my Nissan Pathfinder gets most of the inclimate weather duties and for fun in the snow its my matching 850XP Polaris...

I have an truck for the snow, but I've been looking at Jeep Wrangler Rubicons.
Seems like they would be a lot of fun in snow.

Something kind of like this:

GT-R...nothing like AWD thunder

I have a Mazdaspeed 3 I drive daily. Seems to be working great so far, but then again we are way overdue for a huge snow storm here in Los Angeles. I mean 0.3 inches in 1949 has me a bit nervous... I better go out and get a set of snow tires just to be prepared.

IS350 AWD.

Ne Pa is full of suv's.........but snow and ice handling are still more about your tire. All weather tires can be very dangerous on suv's .. folks think that awd and sitting up high=grip...sadly many are proven wrong.

2001 Ford F350 is my work truck. Crew Cab, Long Box. Diesel. I love this thing.

When I'm home though I usually drive the wife's 2003 Yukon SLT, or I just picked up a 1996 Honda Civic Coupe for a beater car - I don't bother plugging my truck in during these cold winter months when home, or warming it up. If I'm going to go to work then it gets plugged in.

Ultimately I'm going to clean up the civic coupe some and sell it, throw some cash on top and buy a CRV for running around town in with the kids. I'm a Honda NUT at heart...

Ya .. that's a lot of fun until you get stuck where no one but a Sikorsky can get you out. And you don't always have a tree to winch to. Tried that with a Jeep once .. and the next day I thought "what was I thinking?"

Audi RS6 with top rated Blizzaks. Nothing - and I mean nothing- can touch it in the winter. Trucks with 4x4, Scooby-doos, Benz 4matics, Infinity's, Lexus, BMW's, etc. They're all second rate. It handles so well, I turn off traction control and have some real fun.

2007 Audi S8 (V10) but then I didn't have the heart to drive her in the slush and salt so I bought a 2007 Honda Fit Sport w/ snow tires. The Fit is a little light for the snow but lots of fun :) Now the Audi sits with the 135i and the NSX hibernating. LOL
