Could a 97-up stock headers fit in a 91 nsx. if so any power difference

Its not a complete bolt on. To make a '97+ header fit u will need the rest of the other exhaust components as well like the muffler and other piping. An aftermarket unit might be a cheaper and simpler solution, unless u can find a complete 97+ exhaust system (headers/cats/muffler etc.) for cheap.

Aren't they different motors? Or is it just manuals w/3.2L and autos w/3.0L.

RyRy is correct. You will need the cats from the later car as well as the exhaust. It may as well be possible to have cut and weld the later manifolds to make them compatible.
