You might know me as the resident valuation and data guru. My insights on NSX value and data update daily with but the information in the first post of my thread (http://www.nsxprime.com/forum/showthread.php/199875-Gen1-NSX-Current-Market-Analysis) is now almost 2 years old and I cannot change it. Worse, all of the information displayed in the thread has changed and/or is no longer true now that I have so much more data and a more robust analysis. Since that thread is so frequently referred to here on Prime, I'd hate for the community to continue to be mislead by the display of outdated and inaccurate pricing and value information.
I would appreciate your help in fixing the first post. I think the best solution is to delete everything, all the text and charts (they are all inaccurate), and replace it with a message like:
UPDATE: Please refer to the live-updated "NSX Valuation Document" (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/u/2/d/e/2PACX-1vRlMWrnUJz9cwfQRByIksV6s-9dCheISwbMUtPkDGngiPanuhIfiHDIcsmwfqBxOUZJb_-WUwbcHb7L/pubhtml) for all market insight including value, appreciation, and listing prices.
