Help with a car in the San Francisco/Tracy area?

Would any Prime member be willing to do an inspection of a car I'm considering in the San Francisco/Tracy, California area? I'm located in Hawaii and need some eyes on before I have it taken in for a PPI.

Is the car in San Francisco or in Tracy?
Those two cities are about 60 miles apart and some days two hours apart.

Thanks, but I passed on the car due to difficulties in trying to make the deal work long distance with this particular seller.
