That was in Portland OR ...they rarely get snow or ice in the city and that day was freezing rain and it got real ugly....but yeah that person should never have been driving that day.
A friend of mine was stuck on a 2 lane road during this last storm and the traffic was stopped, he got out and walked 1/4 mile to the place where the road was blocked...it was a woman in an X5 BMW SUV that had stability control and ABS and AWD....she was sitting in the road and wouldn't move...my friend got her to open her window and talk to him...she was so scared she couldn't even move the shifter to park. he talked her into getting in the pass seat and letting him drive it down the hill. some people should not have driver's Licences.
