wannGOFAST.COM 150 1/2 mile run

Finally got a shot at 1/2 mile on airstrip. I'm pleased with results.<embed width="600" height="361" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowFullscreen="true" allowNetworking="all" wmode="transparent" src="http://static.photobucket.com/player.swf" flashvars="file=http%3A%2F%2Fvidmg.photobucket.com%2Falbums%2Fv206%2FARFNSX%2F20140914_113659_zpsb14812cf.mp4&title=">

Which are? Lol

120 ish trap speed (according to the aftermarket heads-up) sounds like a 1/4 mile, and not a 1/2 mile to me.

That's great, keep up the work. Your car is the nicest green nsx I've seen.
Thanks!I'm maxed out on engine potential unless I upgrade to 3.4l/3.5l but I'm very content for the moment. I've been talking to Chris/SOS & Cody/LoveFab and I've been advised that's it's best to sell current engine and build from a stock motor if I wanted more power.I'll sit still for the moment.....5+years or so.I will focus on winter mods for the rest of the year.-Kite Garage wide fenders are on order-currently working on seats update-18.5 & 19x11-12 wheels are being decided on.

Did you ever do the 1/2 mile without the gurney flap?

my back of napkin calculation says you might get 1-2 mph more without it...but there are so many other variables in those events like wind /temps/tire pressure and compound/size as well as fuel ron.

The next event is 25-26th of January in Florida/cooler.
So let's plan to run without gurney flap/stock wing, adjust tire pressure and race fuel.

8:44 shows my launch

Per Doctor's orders. OEM wing in place. I was told that race fuel will not help being that it wasn't part of the tune but I will correct tire pressure and hope to break 150mph next weekend.

best of luck cracking the 150 mark. Also if you have some free time and are really serious about top end think about doing 0 toe in the rear.

DownForce & better traction was needed.
Car was sliding in 3rd & 4th. I performed 8mph slower. I really enjoyed event and got to meet BocaRat.
