Microphone placement question

I would like to know where you have placed your microphone for best sound and least wind noise. I am having a new DD stereo installed and it comes with a mic for blutooth for the phone. I should also let you know that I cruise with my top off as much as I can. So on those VERY RARE occasions that I MIGHT answer the phone, I don't want them to hear a ton of wind. I know, mission impossible THANKS IN ADVANCE

I have found it's virtually impossible to have good BT mic performance. For phone calls in the NSX I now switched to the latest Apple Ear Pods. The a.i. noise processing built in is crazy good.

Mine is mounted at the top corner of the A pillar by the windshield. People can hear me just fine with the windows up.

In my non-NSX, the installer put the mic just to the driver 's side of the rear view mirror, between the headliner and the top of the windscreen, angled down to the driver's mouth - works perfectly.
