Could anyone tell me what music is used in this video?!?
I fell in love with it !

I searched for weeks and thought it could be Nujabes ( as written in the comments )... But didn't find
anything looking like it in is discography.. :/

Couldn't find it with Shazam or anything else either...

Any idea?
