I was under the impression that there were no 1995 coupes in the US. The FAQs don't even include the category for production numbers, and I have heard a number of folks say there were no 1995 coupes?

Are you sure its a 1995? Was it imported? Can you post the VIN?

i'll double check with him. if not 95 then for sure 94. he just sold the car by the way to get a 97+ 3.2l else 02/03 model.

Yes, there are NSXes out there with stronger motors than others in stock form.

i double checked - it's in fact a 94 coupe, north american car.

02/03 nsx is truly high 12's car!

it can be done. proven that stock nsx is high 12's car. personal best achieved tonight.

12.964 @ 108.823mph
0.089 reaction time
1.970 60ft
8.413 1/8th

all done with 3/4 tank of 91 octane gas, full 32psi on all 4 s03 street tires, spare included, and tein typeRA dampers at normal settings (6 clicks back front and 8 clicks back rear).

achieved what i set out to prove this summer. so that's it...i'm retiring for the season.

Great time! I have one question: Will weaken rear shocks (suspension) affect acceleration? The reason why I asked is because I can't seem to hook up and went side-ways way too much.

I was wearing street tires: Kumho.
Full PSI: 30 something.

The car is a 92. Dumped the clutch at 3,200 rpm. The mph is good (79 or 80 something,) but I kept getting 8.9082s (my new best) in the 1/8 because of my good 60f. time, but somewhat slower reaction.

Am I doing something wrong? How can I improve?

Congratulations nsxmofo! I knew you would hit the mark that you set out to do with your great previous times. The 1.97 0-60' time was the deciding factor.

Just checking to see who will be going to Sacramento Raceway on Friday 10/24. I talked to Gerry Johnson and he told me he will go. Please post a reply if you are going. Hope to see you there.

Well finally made it to the track last night. My best pass was 10.7 @131 mph with a 60 foot time of 1.67 on drag radials. I tried to run ET streets and had a better 60 foot of 1.58 and an 1/8 mile time of 6.8 when the car started to slide side to side at 120 mph and I had to back out of it and get on the brakes ,the car ran an 11.3 at 90 mph. Then finally on the last pass of the night, again the car was on a great pass, when the front tire blew apart at the 1000 foot mark forcing me to let off and ran a 11.03 at 120 mph. will post some vids soon. A big congrats to Chris at SOS for winning Modified Mag Tuner Shootout. That is a great accomplishment. Way to go Chris.

Good times!!

I can't get close to them with a tweaked NA1

Few weekends was my last atempt and couldnt get near my previous personal best with more mods, was spinning off the line :(.

But then saying that most my mates wasnt putting down great times, we think the track wasnt in great condition.
