<b>NEW PARTS FOR FEBRUARY 2008</b>
<br>
<b>"Ironside" Aluminum COOLant tanks: $215.00</b>

Our redesigned 2008 Dali OEM style "Ironside" tank now has an internal slosh baffle and offset in/out hose connections for easier installation. Pressure tested to 30PSI, the 0.125" thick "armor" plate aluminum sides, top and bottom sections (0.090" tanks can crack and leak - perhaps you got one somewhere by mistake?) are welded together by our master craftsmen; then powdercoated to match your 3.0L / 3.2L valve covers, or polished to perfection for you guys that really like to shine.

Internal slosh "baffle" for those of you that think you are fast enough need it. Stant Racing pressure cap (19PSI) supplied for those that are.

Sample naked tank used for our on the road testing shown installed below, production unit pix next week when I get them back from the powder and polisher guys.

All the OEM plastic tank mounting tab locations included for a secure "OEM fit" install, offered in 3 exterior finishes:

<a href="http://www.daliracing.com/v666-5/catalog/index_browse_part.cfm?focus=2336">polished</a>
<a href="http://www.daliracing.com/v666-5/catalog/index_browse_part.cfm?focus=2338">black powder</a>
<a href="http://www.daliracing.com/v666-5/catalog/index_browse_part.cfm?focus=2337">red powder</a>

<b>CF Type-R Hood/Radiator ducting: $225.00</b>

We finally whipped up a spicy addition for you track people that works with your Type-R style hood or other vented hood you might have to increase frontal downforce and cooling effectiveness. Easily installed with our included support bracket assembly - no need to disconnect the rad hoses during the install either. Production units delivered in nice super light CF weave, test fit FRP unit shown below. (don't ask, I already gave it to the good guys at AAP for being good guys)

<a href="http://www.daliracing.com/v666-5/catalog/index_browse_part.cfm?focus=2335">Race Rad ducting</a> shown behind our race radiator, the <a href="http://www.daliracing.com/v666-5/catalog/index_browse_part.cfm?focus=1900">OEM rad</a> ducting version looks similar except that it has a different rad/fan combo in front of it.

<h1 align="center"><img src="http://www.daliracing.com/v666-5/catalog/x-images/deep-dish-radiator-air-ducting-LHD-OEM-Rad.image.jpg" alt="Race Rad Ducting"/></h1>

You might have seen other JDM copycat units elsewhere that require "modification" to fit the LHD cars, and cost $XXX(FRP) to $XXXCF) - are they on drugs? If you really want that one:

<h1 align="center"><img src="http://www.daliracing.com/v666-5/catalog/x-images/cf-radiator-air-duct.image.jpg" alt="RHD deflector" /></h1>

we have <a href="http://daliracing.com/v666-5/catalog/index_browse_part.cfm?focus=1899">had them for $199.00 for several years</a> and they are in stock.

<b>New Tuner Edition Section:</b>

We added a turnkey makeover option for your NSX - just like those lame "reality makeover shows" you see on TV, but worthwhile for once..is the old gal looking a little long in the tooth? been blown away by a Civic at the last track event you attended once to often? Ready for a change? <a href="http://www.daliracing.com/v666-5/catalog/index_browse.cfm?typeID=426#426">HIT ME</a>.

You can see our first officially documented ground up restoration Project car <a href="http://www.daliracing.com/v666-5/catalog/index_browse_part.cfm?focus=2320#tabMore1">here</a>.

Finally, somebody has a metal coolant tank in stock. I'll place my order soon as you have pics up so I can decide on the finish.

Hi Mark,

Do you have any additionals pictures of your new LHD radiator-duct for the Type-R hood. Am interested in the fitment and just how it compares with the original RHD NSX-R version.

the main difference is that it actually fits without major surgery to the part, secondarily it captures the exit air from the rad much better than the original design..We will post some pix of the shipping units on the website next week.

and the finalists are:

Polished

as you can see our unit is modeled after the aluminum ones we use in the track cars, and captures more of the exit air from the rad than the Type-r ones do. Production parts are in CF - this is the test fit piece for the OEM rad version

Got mine, polished tank, and it looks AMAZING! Very well built and a mirror shine, I'll take some pics when I put it in next week.

Thanks again Mark.

Mark,
Does the top side of the radiator duct meet up bottom side of the Visteon scooped hood? If so, would there be a seal or anything required?

I've never seen a Visteon NSX Hood, much less heard of it. Then again, I lead a sheltered life. The rad deflector duct will fit under any hood that does not hit any bolted on OEM parts in the front compartment, how close it gets to the underside of the hood depends on the design and construction of that particular hood. I'm sure that it will be closer to the underside of some hoods than others as we made it to fit under the hoods mentioned in the original post.

Air is going to find the easiest exit on its own, if you want to seal it up you can try some of this:

McMaster-Carr sells various sizes.

I guess I was wrong about the brand of hood but that link does say that it should fit the style that I have.
I assume you have the CF flavor in stock currently?

I just have the ones made for our race radiator in stock at the moment - the OEM radiator versions left. I'll have more in stock by the end of next week.
